This page does not scrape AISD. Load a caption file and search. A first pass through the whole Desktop folder is written up as From the meeting captions — what got airtime vs what got a vote. Counts on this page are keyword hits, not motive.
What this is for
Board video is the closest public record of how the district explained failure, cuts, and closures. Public comment is the closest record of what campuses said back. The useful work is comparison: a claim on the dais, the same month’s public comment, a later reversal, a number that never appears.
Use it with the questions on Ask why. Example tests:
- How often is “basic allotment” or “inflation” named versus “vacancy” or “hard choices”?
- When does “librarian” return after a promise not to cut?
- Do transportation and ADA appear in the same discussion?
- Is “campus carrying the brunt” said once, or does staffing still land on schools after that line?
A theme count is not a finding. A timestamp next to a quoted sentence is. If speaker labels in your files are messy, the role filter will mis-tag lines — correct against the video.
